Edward L. (Sonny) Crenshaw
July 5th, 1928 thu February 21st, 2007

Throughout the 1950’, 1960’s, and into the 1970’s Ed Crenshaw was instrumental in continually setting a high standard of gameness through his breeding and production of some of the most outstanding winning pit dogs of the era. Dogs like Crenshaw’s “Colby Rusty” and “Diablo Rojo”; Crenshaw’s “Leprechaun” and “Goose”, the mother and daughter convention winners; Crenshaw’s (Jones) Champion “Major”, and Grand Champion “Gimp”, also known as Leo Kinard’s “Hawkshaw” dog. Now you can read about them all between the covers of a single book.
